Is this what you are offering to the world?

**Disclosure: This isn’t going to be politically correct, for the easily offended, or anyone who’s uncomfortable facing reality or the truth of the matter.

Now that I’ve covered that.

Next time you look in the mirror, take a step back. Most often people look in the mirror from the neck up. But the next time you look in the mirror, take a step back and look at you whole self, yopur whole body.

Now turn to the side, then the other side.

Now a question for you, and be honest.

Is this what you want to project to the world?  Is this what you want to present to yourself?  Your partner/spouse/husband/wife?  Is this the example you want your children to idealize (because they will up to a certain age)?

Is this what you want to present to your prospective employer, your boss, your clients?  How about you friends, neighbors, and relatives?

If “no” was the answer to any of these questions, then there needs to be a change.

And since this is “my” space to voice “myself”, I don’t want to hear any of the whining, complaining, or excuse making.

Not attracting the ideal mate, not getting what you want from life, no longer getting the attention from your spouse in certain areas?

Here’s your great opportuinity.

Do something about it.

Start where you are…with what you have…and make continual incremental improvements.

Ok, so aside from the appearance catagory that you may see as superficial, let’s consider the health aspects.

It is a FACT that heart disease is the number one killer of men and women. Far exceeding any other cause of death is heart disease.  And in the past decade that percentage has grown.

Heart attack, stroke, and the other related forms and derivations of heart disease – tell them your whining, complaining, and excuse making – doesn’t do you any good does it.

Getting back to the point, look in the mirror. And if you don’t like what you see, make some changes. As Zig Ziglar said: “You don’t pay the price for good health, you reap the rewards/benefits – you pay the price for poor health.” And it affects every area of your life.
