Now getting settled into the new place, it’s time to get back on a regular exercise program.
Finally made time to create/re-purpose some space in the barn. Much cleaning and putting the pieces back together gives me now once again:
No Excuse Not To Exercise!
Now it’s getting back ‘on schedule” and making the routine, making time to follow the routine, and following through on that commitment.
It’s been roughly seven months I’ve been off any exercise regimen.
I talked about body weight fluctuations before. I seem to have leveled off at about 190 lbs. about 25 pound lighter than what I was before the changes.
Now the quest will be more focused on movement, energy production throughout the day following any workout, and gaining lean mass (yes, the ‘coveted’ muscle) without or with minimal “extra” mass.
