4:45 am Wake up, shower, shave
Eat breakfast (6 oz. of White Grape Juice, one banana, one English muffin with butter and jam, five eggs, coffee with sugar and vanilla creamer – consumed in this order, everyday)
5:45-6:00 am – wake up wife, eat eggs while checking email and CRM.
6:30 am finished with eggs, ensure kids up and getting ready for their day.
7:00 am (On workout days) Start exercising. Currently following Starting Strength Novice program to get strength and form back into order after some time off.
7:45 am – time permitting, walk 1.2 miles.
8:00 am – drink post workout shake (2 cups whole milk, one banana, one scoop whey isolate, 2-3 tbsp. peanut butter, creatine mixed in blender; shower again, get dressed for work and leave
9:00 am – arrive at work.
5:00 pm get off work go home
5:30 pm arrive at home, check on chickens and ducks
5:45 wife and kids get home, unpack their lunch containers.
6:30 pm eat dinner
7:30pm – 8pm encourage kids to get washed up and ready for bed, wash dishes, sweep floor, take out trash, take shower, get ready for bed.
9:45 pm in bed
